Amfissa olives, or Pelion, Agrinio or Konservolia olives, grow in the cities of Amfissa and Volos in central Greece and are one of the most famous Greek varieties. They have a special round shape, can be found in green and black and have many uses in the food industry, as they are available whole, cutted and stuffed.
