Olives for heroes, known also as «Donkey olives» are the unriped Greek green olives with the special trait and their unique big size. Starting with 70 pieces per kilo, the «Donkey olives» have a lively yellow-green color and are flesh and sweet. Only with natural processing, without preservatives they keep their color and all the nutritients while their un-bittering is done through a natural way inside barrels with water and salt in a period of 7-8 months.
